Terms of Service & Licensing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (manfii.com), purchasing, downloading, installing, or activating any software, WordPress plugin (including Dynamic Tags for Elementor, Dynamic Tags for Elementor Pro, Magic Copy for Elementor, and others), or utilizing any SaaS products provided by Manfi ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Software Licensing Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our website or use any of our software products and services.

2. Software & Plugin Licensing

All software products developed by Manfi are subject to specific licensing models depending on whether they are distributed as open-source software or commercial products:

  • Free / Open-Source WordPress Plugins: Plugins distributed for free on WordPress.org (such as Dynamic Tags for Elementor Free, Magic Copy for Elementor Free, Manfi FormFlow Engine, and Manfi Expense Tracker) are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL v2+). You are free to modify and redistribute them under the terms of the GPL license.
  • Commercial / Pro Plugins & SaaS Software: Premium products (such as Dynamic Tags for Elementor Pro, Magic Copy for Elementor Pro, Manmerce, and other paid software) are sold under a commercial software license. Your license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install, activate, and use the software on the number of sites specified in your purchased tier (e.g., Single Site, Multi-Site, or Unlimited Agency License).

3. License Keys, Activations & Updates

Commercial license keys are issued upon successful payment processing and are strictly for your use (or your client's site depending on your purchased license plan):

  • License Validity: Active subscriptions grant access to automatic software updates, security releases, bug fixes, and technical support.
  • Expiration & Renewal: Annual licenses renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If a license expires, the plugin will remain functional on your existing site, but you will lose access to automatic updates, security patches, and official customer support.
  • Prohibited Uses: License keys may not be resold, shared on public forums, sublicensed, or distributed through third-party websites ("GPL club" redistributors). We reserve the right to revoke license keys found to be shared or abused.

4. Technical Support & Scope

Support for Manfi products is provided according to the following guidelines:

  • Pro Product Support: Priority ticket and email support (support@manfii.com) is included with all valid, active commercial plugin licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
  • Free Product Support: Basic support for free WordPress plugins is provided on a best-effort basis via the official WordPress.org community support forums.
  • Exclusions: Official support covers plugin installation, configuration, bug fixes, and feature usage. Support does not cover custom third-party PHP/JS code customization, server administration, or conflicts caused by corrupted 3rd party environments.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. If you experience technical issues with a commercial plugin or product that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Form or by emailing support@manfii.com. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases after 14 days or for license renewals.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The Site, branding, logos, software architecture blueprints, custom engineering frameworks, and original code remain the exclusive property of Manfi and Md Mustafa Kamal Hossain.

Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer: WordPress®, Elementor®, WooCommerce®, Advanced Custom Fields® (ACF), and Secure Custom Fields® (SCF) are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Manfi and its products are independent software developments and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic Inc., Elementor Ltd., WP Engine, or their affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranty

ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY MANFI ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MANFI, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, SITE DOWNTIME, OR COMPATIBILITY CONFLICTS) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
